On Monday, I went to the pick me up graphic art festival held in Somerset House. It last from 18th to 28th of April, if I had time I definitely will get the festival pass; because they do different workshop, talks or digital event everyday. If you are going, get prepare to be mind blown by all the artiest work, this is the first time ever I felt my brain was image explode.

Saw the graphic designer work that I know before, like Hattie Stewart and Malarky. I was spotted by the photographer from Hattie Stewart and take a snap of me, and my photo was doodled by Hattie Stewart; it is so lucky to have this opportunity, because he is one of my favorite graphic designers.

Malarkey, you probably don’t know his name; but I am sure you recognise his work if you like to hang around Bricklane. His street art graffiti is in every corner of Bricklane, it really cute! Love to take a photo in front of his work.

There is a graphic designers group call day job, it consists 10 students graduate from Camberwell Collage of Ars; they do print, digital, ceramics and 3D. The reason I like them is their products have a cute concept behind it, they create an interest video to showcase how to use or play with their products. My friend and I sat there finished the video; coincidently, this video was edited by my colleague at work.

We also made the t-shirt with facestamp, not really make but combine the elements they provide and create the face; they will print the face on the t-shirt for us.

At first, we don’t know there is limitation on the elements we can use, kind of greedy want to put as much as we can; but then is good that they set the limit otherwise I don’t know how my t-shirt going to look like at the end. I quite like the face I come up with, and here is the look with my t-shirt.

It was really cool because there are all wearing medieval clothing, feel like we accidently jump into past. They are so friendly, so I take photo with them; I look too modern in this photo.

On that day, it was my friend- summer birthday, she want to celebrate her birthday very differently; then she decided to watch wwe wrestling. I never thought of one day I will sat with all those passionate wwe fans and shout at the stage for the fight. It was such a special experience.
