Vanesa Krongold, born in 1988 (same year as me!!), based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Although she studied fashion design in Palermo University, she also worked as a stylist and photographer during her study; therefore, that’s why she had a great sense of taste on putting visual inspiration into her design.
The inspiration of her collection comes from both reality and artificial world, it could be the people she talk or see on the road or a random image she found on the internet. She loves to mix the inspiration she got from two different worlds and create a whole new land that she never expect how it would like in the first place. The outcome of her design always bring the cheerful feeling while looking at it, wonderful colour combinations leads you to fantasy world.
Below is her SS13 “Supermercado” collection, giving a great balance of putting multi pastel colour and black together.
